Braise the diced onions, garlic, mushrooms and ham in a buttered pan. Sprinkle with the spices, pour in the white wine and stir until the mixture thickens.
In a separate container, prepare the sauce. Braise the flour in 2 tbsp olive oil and add the milk. Season with the spices and keep on the stove 3-4 min., stirring nonstop.
Blanch the lasagna sheets and arrange some of them in an oven dish smeared with the prepared sauce. Repeat this process until you run out of products.
After you arrange the last layer of lasagna sheets, finish off with sauce. Bake the lasagna in a moderate oven about 35 min.
5 min. before you take it out of the oven for the final time, sprinkle it with grated cheese and put it back in.
