How to make
Melt the chocolate in a water bath. Add to it the cream, butter, chili and a few drops of rum and mix to make a ganache.
Spread the ganache in a flat tray and leave it in the fridge for about 15 minutes.
To form the truffles, place the coconut shavings, cinnamon sugar and cocoa powder in three separate bowls.
After the chocolate ganache has set in the fridge, take it out and use a spoon to scoop equal small amounts to shape into truffles with your hands.
Roll the balls in cocoa, coconut shavings, or cinnamon sugar to get a variety of flavors.
