Ingredients

  • butter - 2.1 oz (60 g)
  • oil - 1 tbsp.
  • milk - 1 1/5 cups (300 ml)
  • pears - 1 pc.
  • sugar - 4 tbsp.
  • whole grain flour - 3 tbsp.
  • spelt flour - 1 tbsp.
  • semolina - 3 tbsp.
  • oat bran - 2 tbsp.

How to make

Heat the oil and butter over medium heat until completely melted. Add the sugar and as soon as it melts and starts to caramelize slightly, add the spoons of semolina.

Reduce the heat and by stirring constantly, add the whole grain flour, spelt and oat bran at intervals of about a minute.

As soon as they are fried and it starts to smell very nice, pour the milk in a thin stream and stir again until the porridge thickens.

Peel and cut the pears into pieces and stir into the already slightly cooled porridge. If desired, you can slice the fruit into thin crescents and make a fan on the porridge for a more elegant look.
