"For your schnitzels, breaded chicken nuggets and other meat specialties, add this delicious dill tartar sauce."

Ingredients

  • greek yogurt - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • dill - 1/2 tsp. finely chopped
  • garlic - 1 clove
  • pickles - 4 pcs.
  • lime juice - from 1 pc.
  • olive oil - 1 tbsp.
  • vegan mayonnaise - 5.3 oz (150 g)
  • black pepper - 1/12 tsp.
  • egg whites - 2 pcs. boiled

How to make

Crush the garlic and put it in the container in which you will prepare the tartar sauce. Add the yogurt.

Wash the dill, finely chop and add it into a bowl. Dice the pickles and add them as well. Squeeze the lime and add the juice. Pour the olive oil into the bowl.

Pour the mayonnaise, add black pepper and salt to taste.

Boil the eggs and separate the whites. Finely chop them and add to the rest of the ingredients for the wonderful meat sauce.

Mix everything well together and refrigerate the tartar sauce with dill before consumption.
