How to make
Wash the peppers well and roast them whole.
Cover them and leave them for 30 minutes to stew.
Then peel them and arrange them in a deep dish.
Spread the chopped garlic on top, sprinkle with salt, pour the vinegar and oil and sprinkle with chopped dill.
Mix lightly to flavor the pepper salad.
