Ingredients

  • For the Chia Pudding
  • chia - 2.8 oz (80 g)
  • coconut milk - 1 1/5 cups (300 ml)
  • vanilla sugar - 1 tsp.
  • For the Blueberry Smoothie
  • coconut milk - 4/5 cup (200 ml)
  • blueberries - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • coconut shavings - 1.1 oz (30 g)
  • banana - 1 pc.
  • honey - 2 tbsp.
  • For decoration
  • blueberries - 1.8 oz (50 g)
  • strawberries - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • dark chocolate - 1.8 oz (50 g)
  • mint - 2 - 3 sprigs

How to make

Soak the chia seeds in the coconut milk. Add a teaspoon of vanilla sugar, mix and set it aside for 15 minutes until the seeds swell.

For the blueberry smoothie, blend the coconut milk, coconut shavings, blueberries, honey and banana together.

Pour a layer of blueberry smoothie on the bottom of the glasses in which you will serve the dessert.

Top them with a layer of the coconut chia pudding and another layer of the smoothie.

Garnish the pudding with strawberries, blueberries, or other fresh fruit of your choice.
