  • chicken meat - 1.3 lb (600 g)
  • tomato puree - 1 1/2 cups
  • flour - 2 tbsp.
  • paprika - 1 tbsp.
  • oil - 3 tbsp.
  • garlic - 3 cloves
  • eggs - 1 pc.
  • black pepper
  • salt
  • parsley

How to make

Boil the chicken in salted water. Debone the cooked meat and cut it into small pieces.

Prepare the sauce in a separate pot. Fry the flour and paprika in oil. Add the tomato puree (canned ones can also be used).

Dilute the tomato sauce with the broth in which you have boiled the chicken. After the sauce boils, add the cooked chicken. Leave it like this on a low heat until the dish thickens. Shortly before readiness, add the crushed garlic.

When the dish is ready and immediately after turning off the stove, add the beaten egg. Mix slightly. The egg should be scalded and it should turn into lumps. At the end, sprinkle with parsley and black pepper.
