  • pumpkin - 0.9 lb (400 g)
  • yellow plum compote - 1 jar
  • apple juice - 2/5 cup (100 ml)
  • milk - 2/5 cup (100 ml), or coconut

How to make

Peel and clean the pumpkin from the seeds. Cut it into pieces and boil or steam it, until it softens - about 30 minutes. Leave it to cool and put in the fridge to cool well.

Strain the juice from the yellow plum compote and clean and peel the fruit - since the plums are soft, the skin falls off very easily. For the smoothie you will need no more than 4 yellow plums.

Blend the pumpkin and fruit from the compote in a blender. Pour its juice, milk and a little apple juice. If desired, you can also sweeten it.

Run the appliance again to blend the ingredients again, this time along with the liquid and the smoothie becomes perfectly smooth.

If it's too thick, dilute it with more apple juice.

Distribute it into glasses and serve the healthy and delicious drink - pumpkin smoothie with plum compote.
