How to make
The chicken fillet is cut with a sharp knife into strips and they are cut into small cubes.
Place them in a bowl, sprinkle with salt and black pepper and stir with a spoonful of sour cream.
Beat the eggs with a fork, add them to the bowl, then add the flour.
Finely chop a spring onion and mix all the ingredients into a thick mixture.
If necessary, add a little more salt and black pepper to the mince for the meatballs.
Heat oil in a pan, scoop out 1 tbsp. of the mixture and shape into meatballs.
The chicken meatballs don't have to be perfectly round.
Fry them on medium heat on both sides until they acquire an appetizing color.
Take them out and place them on a napkin to absorb the excess fat and transfer them into a plate.
I have never tried French-Style Meatballs that are more delicious than these ones.
Serve them with a salad of your choice!
