How to make
The rose petals are sprinkled with a handful of sugar. They are rubbed lightly.
Mash the strawberries and add them to the petals. They are covered with water and left in the fridge for 24 hours.
Strain the mixture and add sugar and lemon juice to it.
Stir periodically, until the sugar melts. A thick syrup is obtained.
Pour it into boxes and place them in the freezer.
A scoop of the sorbet can sweeten and cool your day at the same time.
You can add spring or sparkling water to a scoop or two of sorbet and you have the perfect drink for hot days.
Garnish the rose and strawberry sorbet with mint leaves and a lime wedge.
