"Leave the marinating to us, you go grab some beer - that`s what teamwork is"

Ingredients

  • pork ribs - 2.2 lb (1 kg)
  • vinegar - 2 tbsp.
  • oil - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 ml)
  • garlic - 2 - 3 cloves
  • soy sauce - 1/4 cup
  • honey - 1/4 cup
  • paprika - 1 tbsp.
  • black pepper
  • salt
measures

How to make

Choose a large piece of pork ribs - about 1 kg and cut it in half. Wash the pork ribs. Dry them with kitchen paper.

To make the marinade, mix equal parts honey and soy sauce, add 2 tablespoons of vinegar, a pinch of salt, black pepper, paprika and a few pressed garlic cloves. A thick mixture should be obtained.

Coat the ribs well with this mixture without separating them and leave them for at least 24 hours in the refrigerator to marinate well.

Once the ribs have marinated, prepare the barbecue or grill. Heat up the grill well and if you're using a barbecue, there should be no fire, just hot embers. Spread the two pieces of ribs with oil and cook them until they acquire a nice golden brown color.

Once they're done, separate the ribs and sprinkle them with as much salt as you like.

Serve them with a well-chilled pint of beer!

Enjoy and Cheers!
