  • oil - for frying

How to make

Beat the eggs with a whisk. Heat the oil in a deep pan.

Dip a slice of bread in the beaten egg on both sides and fry in the heated oil.

Place them onto kitchen paper, so that it can absorb the fat. Do the same with the remaining slices.

Serve the eggy bread sprinkled with powdered sugar.
