  • flour - 9.2 oz (260 g)

  • cheese - about 9 oz (250 g)
  • tomatoes - 7 oz (200 g) pureed from a tin
  • oregano - 1/4 tsp., dried
  • black pepper - 1/4 tsp., freshly ground

How to make

For this Pepperoni Pizza, knead the pizza dough from the listed ingredients until soft and non-sticky dough is obtained.

Leave it in a greased bowl and cover it for 30-40 minutes.

Then it is rolled out onto baking paper and garnished, first, with tomatoes, then with grated cheese and finally with salami and spices.

Drizzle with a thin stream of oil.
