How to make
Peel, wash and grate horseradish roots. Add salt and sugar and mix.
Pour the mixture into a jar.
Separately, mix water with vinegar, pour the mixture into the jar and close the horseradish paste with the lid.
Tip: You can also puree horseradish in a blender, but it tastes better grated.
Adjust the amount of water and vinegar to your taste, it depends on how sour you like homemade horseradish to be.
