How to make
Clean and peel the horseradish, grate it and put it in a porcelain dish.

Separately, fry the flour in heated oil, add the remaining 5.3 oz (150 g) of sour cream and fry briefly.
Mix with the resulting horseradish mixture and cook over low heat.
Add the broth and cook meat sauce until the desired consistency is obtained.
