Ingredients

  • cauliflower - 1/2 head
  • breadcrumbs - 1/2 cup (or breadcrumbs)
  • hard cheese - 1.8 oz (50 g), ground - parmesan or pecorino
  • eggs - 1 pc.

  • oil - for spreading
  • garlic powder
  • dried tomatoes - a few pcs.
  • sour cream - 5.5 oz (150 g)
  • fresh dill

How to make

Mix the breadcrumbs, a little garlic powder, black pepper, smoked paprika and the cheese together.

Dip the washed and cut into small florets cauliflower successively into the beaten egg and the prepared breading.
