How to make
Beat 3 large eggs with a little salt in a bowl with a wire whisk.
Add the melted butter, crumbled cheese, cottage cheese. Mix and add flax flour, baking powder and finally the coconut flour.
It is poured at the end, because as soon as you add it and stir, the mixture thickens.
Cut a small ball of dough, flatten it and place a cube of mozzarella in the middle.
Form a ball again and arrange the prepared milinki in a tray side by side onto baking paper.
Bake the keto milinki in a preheated oven at 360°F (180°C) for about 30-35 minutes or until golden.
Take them out and when they have slightly cooled you can try them. It is best to eat this delicious keto breakfast with yogurt!
You can replace half of the coconut flour with almond flour.
If they bake quickly, so cover with foil, so that they don't burn!
