How to make
The mozzarella is grated. Add the cream cheese to it and melt them together in a water bath or in the microwave for 2 minutes.
Then add the eggs and mix well. Finally, add the flour and baking powder. Mix everything well with a spatula.
The mixture for the keto bread is poured into a tray covered with baking paper and spread out with wet hands. Spices are added on top to taste. Pierce with a fork and spread with melted butter.
Bake the focaccia in a preheated oven at 360°F (180°C) for about 25 minutes.
The tray is 10″ (25 cm) in size.
