How to make
In a bowl, mix spelt flour, carob flour, cocoa, brown sugar, vanilla and baking soda.
Peel the avocado and bananas and blend them. Add the coconut oil and then the dry mix.
Mix and knead with hands. Add the raisins, mix again slightly and form thick round biscuits.
Arrange them in a Teflon tray and sprinkle the chopped almonds on top, by pressing them, so that they stick well to the biscuits.
Bake the healthy biscuits at 360°F (180°C) for about 25 minutes, by being careful not to burn them.
The biscuits with spelt and carob are ready.
