Delicious and healthy buckwheat and oat bread buns with olives made with oat bran.
Wonderful bread buns for people on a diet. Beat the egg in a bowl, add yogurt with baking soda and baking powder, until it activates.
Add it to the egg, add grated feta cheese, flour, buckwheat and oat bran. Stir into a thick mixture.
Using your hands, shape 7 small bread buns that look like meatballs, arrange them on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Place one olive in the middle of each, brush lightly with water and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake in a preheated oven at 360°F (180°C) until golden and in about 15-20 minutes, they are ready.
Serve the bread buns with buckwheat and olives for breakfast or lunch. Delicious and dietary!
