You can make exactly 4 delicious bread buns.
Beat the eggs in a bowl, add yogurt with baking soda mixed in it and leave it to activate.
Pour it into the eggs, add oil and both types of flour.
Mix, until a dough is obtained and at the end it is kneaded lightly and divided into 4 balls.
Place them onto baking paper, make 3 cuts on top with a knife.
Bake in a preheated oven at 360°F (180°C) until they're fully baked.
Since they're gluten-free, they're a bit crumbly, but the chickpea and corn flour bread buns are great for lunch.
