Ingredients

  • caviar - 7 oz (200 g) tarama
  • bread - 9 oz (250 g)
  • olive oil - 7 oz (200 g)
  • lemons - 2 pcs. squeezed
  • onion - 1 onion
  • olives - 1 pc.

How to make

Grate the onion and beat it in a mortar along with the caviar, until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.

The bread is briefly soaked in water, then it is removed and placed onto kitchen paper to drain. It is broken into small pieces and gradually added to the caviar and onion.

Add the olive oil and lemon juice last.

Garnish with olives and serve with toast.
