How to make
Clean and boil the basmati rice in approximately 400 ml of water.
Remove it from the heat just before the grains have completely softened.
Strain the water, if there is excess and distribute the rice in a baking pan.
Beat the eggs, coconut sugar, almond milk and vanilla in a bowl and pour the mixture over the rice.
Mix and bake the unique sutlac in a preheated oven at 360°F (180°C), until it acquires a caramel crust.
The Caramel Basmati Rice is a perfect dessert for those of you who cannot eat dairy foods.
