How to make
Boil the pumpkin in advance. Add it along with the milk and sugar in a deep pot.
After the sugar melts, begin to mash the pumpkin with a fork. Mix, until a homogeneous and creamy mixture is obtained.
Add the honey and mix again. If the cream seems too thick, you can add a little more milk.
After removing the pot from the heat, add the cinnamon, walnuts and egg yolk.
While the cream is cooling, beat the egg white into a fluffy foam.
Add it to the cream, by stirring carefully.
Serve it in tall glasses with some ground walnuts.
