Ingredients

  • dark chocolate - 3.5 oz (100 grams), 50% cocoa
  • milk - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 ml)
  • avocado - 1 pc. (well ripened)
  • bananas - 1 pc. (well ripened)
  • soft butter - 0.5 oz (15 g)
  • salt - 1 pinch
  • honey - 0.7 oz (20 g)

How to make

Grate the dark chocolate on a fine grater - this way you will melt it very easily without having to heat it for too long.

Add the butter to the chocolate and heat it briefly over low heat until the mixture is melted and homogeneous.

Pour the mixture into a blender and add the peeled avocado and banana inside.

Pour the milk and honey, sprinkle it with a pinch of salt and blend.

Pour the chocolate cream into suitable cups and refrigerate them. When the cream has set, you can serve it.
