Ingredients

  • apples - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • flour - 1/2 cup
  • yoghurt - 1/2 cup
  • butter - 2 tsp (10 g)
  • breadcrumbs - 1 tablespoon
  • honey - 1/2 cup

How to make

Mix the apples with the yoghurt and bake them in the oven. Put them through a sieve and mix them with the flour.

Bake them in a buttered oven dish with breadcrumbs sprinkled all over, for about 25 minutes.

Once cool, pour the honey over the cream.
