How to make

Hello to all of you who are still awake. I have always cooked with love, especially for my men. This has been the case for many years. You know the saying A man's love passes through his stomach. I don't know how you wooed your men, but I stole their hearts with my cooking.

For this syrup cake I used a 10″ (26 cm) baking pan, but a smaller baking pan would be better. Cover the baking pan with baking paper. Arrange the sliced strawberries on top.

Separate the whites from the yolks.

Add all other products to the yolks and beat.

Beat the egg whites, until a thick mixture is obtained. Then add them to the other mixture and mix with a spatula. Pour the mixture over the strawberries and spread them out evenly.

Bake in a preheated oven at 360°F (180°C) for about 30 minutes or according to your oven.

While the strawberry cake is baking, prepare the syrup. Boil the strawberries in water. Leave them to boil for about 2-3 minutes. Then remove them from the heat, sweeten them according to your taste and leave them to cool.

When you take out the fruit cake, turn it over.

Pour it with the strawberry syrup and let it cool completely.

Finally, if desired, you can sprinkle the Keto Strawberry Syrup Cake with some coconut shavings.
