How to make
Boil the water and sugar for 20 minutes.
Blend the strawberries, until a smooth mixture is obtained and add them to the boiling syrup.
Boil for about 30 minutes and strain.
Place it back onto the stove and boil for another 30 minutes.
Add the lemon juice and pour the hot strawberry syrup into warmed glass bottles.
Close the strawberry syrup bottles tightly.
