How to make
Mix the flour, sugar and cocoa, add the milk, soda, oil and vanilla. Bake it at 390°F (200°C).
When the cake layer cools, pour the hot syrup, which is boiled.
Leave it to absorb the syrup and prepare the filling. Leave it in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours (the longer it is left, the tastier it becomes).
If desired, the chocolate cake can be served with chocolate topping.
