For these gluten-free biscuits, beat the eggs in a bowl and add the coconut flour with the baking soda in it and the melted butter, by mixing well.
Add brown sugar, almonds (grinded in a chopper), raisins, coconut shavings, rum essence, vanilla and a pinch of salt to the resulting mixture.
After that, form the biscuits, which are then arrange onto parchment paper in a tray.
Bake the coconut biscuits, until they're done in an oven preheated to 340°F (170°C) for about 15 minutes.
At the eighth minute, turn the gluten-free coconut biscuits into the tray.
