Soak the chia and linseed in a cup of water and leave them to swell.
Beat the eggs, mash the roasted pumpkin and cut the walnuts into small pieces.
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix them well.
Spread the mixture in a baking pan onto baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 390°F (200°C) for about 20-25 minutes.
