How to make
Mix the flour, raisins, sugar, baking soda, baking powder and cinnamon. Mix the dry mixture well.
Mix the eggs, oil with the yogurt and water and beat well. The tea - preferably fruity, is added if the cake mixture seems too thick.
Combine all the products, mix them well and pour the resulting mixture into a greased and floured sponge cake tin.
Bake the sponge cake for 60 minutes in an oven preheated to 360°F (180°C).
Remove it from the oven, turn it over onto a wire rack and leave the Sponge Cake with Oats and Raisins to cool.
