How to make
Clean and soak the lentils for a few hours, then rinse them.
Cut the carrots and onions and stew them with a little water and 1 tbsp. of sunflower oil.
When they soften, add the lentils and leave them to simmer, until they're fully cooked.
After they soften, add the dry spices and as much salt as you like to the red lentil soup and boil it for another 5-10 minutes.
Remove the oriental-style red lentils from the heat and leave it covered for 10-15 minutes to absorb the flavors.
