How to make
Cut the onion and carrot into pieces, which are the same size as the lentils.
They are placed in a tray on the stove and stewed, until they soften. Add the lentils for a minute or two and add water.
After the water boils, add the spices. Cook on moderate heat and after the lentils are ready, add the tomato puree.
Leave it to boil for 5 minutes and remove it from the heat.
Sprinkle with parsley.
