Fry the chorizo in the heated olive oil, then take it out.
Stew the onion, carrots and cumin in the remaining fat until soft.
Add the garlic, paprika, sugar and pour the vinegar.
Leave for a short time and add the lentils, broth and tomatoes.
Let the lentil soup simmer on low heat for about 30 minutes, then roughly liquidize it and serve it with chorizo and yogurt sprinkled with paprika.
The red lentils with chorizo is ready.
