How to make
Heat a little oil or olive oil in a pressure cooker. Finely chop the onions, carrots and garlic. Fry them in the pot.
Peel, wash and cut the potatoes into cubes. Add them as well. Add the bay leaf, lentils and chorizo.
Wait a few minutes for them to fry and add a teaspoon of paprika. After a minute, pour enough water to cover everything.
Close the pot and cook the stew for 10 minutes after it starts to emit steam.
