How to make
The potatoes are peeled and cut as for frying, but into slightly thicker slices. Boil them in salted water to soften for 10 minutes, but do not make them mushy and strain them. In a baking pan greased with oil, pour the boiled potatoes, seasoned with as much salt as you like, black pepper and savory herb.
Add pieces of processed cheese, crumbled white cheese on top and mix lightly with a spoonful of oil. Beat the eggs in a bowl, add milk, grated yellow cheese, salt, black pepper and thyme.
Pour the products with it, shake the baking pan slightly, so that it goes everywhere and bake in a heated oven at 360°F (180°C) for about 30 minutes, until it aquires a golden color and the topping hardens. Cut the casserole into squares and serve it. Enjoy!
