How to make
Pour the oil and milk into an oblong container (jar or plastic box with a lid).
Add as much salt as you like. Beat with a liquidizer on the highest speed, until the desired consistency is obtained. Use good quality oil to make the mayonnaise.
If it is not caloric enough, there is a danger that the homemade mayonnaise will not thicken.
In this situation, you can try adding more oil. But usually in the first second you run the liquidizer, you can see whether it will be thick or not.
STRICTLY follow the oil-milk ratio and use quality oil!
Chop all the spices very finely and mix them. Grate the peeled and washed garlic. Squeeze the lemon juice.
Mix all the spices, garlic and a teaspoon or two of lemon juice with the prepared mayonnaise. Stir well.
