How to make
Put the mussels in a pot and pour the wine over them.
Boil until the mussels open up.
When they are fully cooked, remove the top shell from the mussels and leaving the one with the meat in it.
Pour the olive oil into a large pan, add the chopped garlic and the chopped chili pepper.
Stew for a minute and add the wine, which the mussels were boiled in, tomatoes, oregano and mussels.
Stew for about 15 minutes.
Mussels Provençal are sprinkled with parsley and parmesan.
