How to make
For the tomato soup, I boiled 10 smaller tomatoes, a tiny onion and a clove of garlic with a liter of water and two spoons of sugar, until the tomatoes were cooked.
I added basil, as much salt as you like and black pepper and I added a handful of large noodles.
I boiled another five minutes for the noodles!
I sprinkled the finished tomato soup with noodles and basil with chopped parsley! If desired, white cheese can be added before serving.
