How to make
Dice the pork fillet and finely chop the onion.
Heat the olive oil in a pan and pour the meat and onion. Fry them and add the spices.
Stir well. Mix the tomato paste with about 1 1/5 cups (300 ml) of water and pour it into the pan.
Cook briefly and pour everything into a baking tray. Cover it with foil.
Heat the oven to 360°F (180°C) and bake the goulash, until it is ready - about 50 minutes.
Sprinkle it with fresh dill and serve it warm.
The oven-baked pork goulash is very tasty.
