How to make
Boil the potatoes and leave them to cool, peel them and grate them coarsely in a deep bowl, grate the white cheese, add the egg, the savory herb and the dill.
Knead the mixture well and form patties.
Before frying them, first roll them in flour and then dip them in a beaten egg.
Fry them, until they're done and leave the fried potato patties onto kitchen paper, in order for it to absorb the excess fat.
Garnish the traditional potato patties with your choice of salad.
