Ingredients

  • shrimp - 7 oz (200 g) approximately
  • oil - 3 tbsp.
  • rice - 1/2 cup
  • parsley - 1 tbsp. chopped
  • spring onions - 2 pcs.
  • lemon - 1 thin slice + 1 slice for serving
  • eggs - 1 pc.
  • soy sauce - 2 - 3 tbsp.
  • chili - 1/2 tsp. or more (optional)
  • carrots - 1/2 pcs.
  • sugar - 1 pinch
  • vinegar - 1/4 tsp.
  • tomato sauce - 3 - 4 tbsp.
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • black pepper - 1/4 tsp.
  • salt - 1/4 tsp.

How to make

The rice is washed and steamed, then washed again with cold water and strained well.

Heat the oil in a deep frying pan and fry the finely chopped garlic, chili, finely chopped lemon and add the black pepper.

Add the shrimp. After 1-2 minutes, the finely chopped onions and carrots, vinegar, sugar are added. Stir.

They are pushed to one end of the pan and the egg is beaten into the other, by stirring from time to time, so that it remains in pieces.

Mix everything and add a little of the rice, tomato sauce and mix.

Add the remaining rice, soy sauce and parsley.
