How to make
The pork shank (preferably with skin) is washed and dried. Spread it with some of the oil and sprinkle with paprika and black pepper.
At the bottom of the slow cooker, place the sliced potatoes, sliced mushrooms, sliced carrots and whole cloves of garlic.
The seasoned pork shank is placed on top of them.
Pour about 150 ml of water into the crock pot and the appliance is switched on to the first stage for 5 hours. During this time, the meat becomes extremely tender and the skin of the shank softens.
