How to make
I rolled all 26 baklava sheets, cut them into 3 equal parts and stacked them on top of each other. I wet a cotton cloth and covered them.
The nuts are finely ground in the chopper. In a saucepan, melt the butter and mix it with the oil.
2 strips from the sheets are taken, they are sprinkled along their entire length with nuts and folded like an accordion.
The two ends are folded inward, they're pressed and a bundle is formed, which is turned over and placed in the tray.
The baklava are spread with the fat and baked at 360°F (180°C) until done.
During this time, the sugar, water and lemon juice are boiled in a pot on the stove. Boil for a total of 15 minutes from the moment of boiling.
Pour the hot baklava with boiling sugar syrup, so that it turns out crispy.
Sprinkle it with coarsely ground pistachios.
It is left for several hours, until it absorbs all the syrup.
The wonderful mini baklava are ready.
