How to make
Sift the flour with the baking powder and add the ginger and cinnamon. Mix the honey with the water, oil and sugar.
Knead a soft dough and roll it out into about 5 millimeters thick crust onto a floured surface.
Bake the Christmas biscuits onto baking paper at 180°C, until they aquire a golden color.
If desired, you can stick the biscuits to each other with marmalade.
You can decorate the Ginger and Cinnamon Christmas Biscuits with a sugar glaze made from beaten egg whites with powdered sugar.
