How to make
Beat the eggs with the sugar and the coconut oil, which you need to have liquefied beforehand.
In a separate bowl, mix the oats, cocoa, baking powder, protein, vanilla and salt.
Add the dry ingredients to the egg mixture and mix well.
Leave it in the fridge for approximately 3 hours (or all night).
Prepare a tray with baking paper.
Pour powdered sugar into the bowl.
Make balls the size of a walnut and roll them in the powdered sugar, by shaping them between your palms and this way the excess sugar fall off.
Arrange the crinkle biscuits at a distance from each other.
Bake at approximately 390°F (200°C) with a fan for approximately 15-20 minutes, by making sure not the overbake crinkle fitness biscuits.
