Ingredients

  • iceberg lettuce - 1
  • cherry tomatoes - 15
  • carrots - 1
  • eggs - 2 hard - boiled
  • radishes - 4
  • cabbages - 3.5 oz (100 g) red
  • chicken - around 3.5 oz (100 grams) per serving (total 9 oz (250 g) fillet)
  • himalayan salt
  • black pepper - freshly ground
  • lemons - juice of 1 lemon
  • olive oil - amount of your choice

How to make

Tenderize the chicken until thin and sprinkle it with salt, black pepper and the juice of half a lemon. Allow to stand for 10 minutes and bake it in a pan with little oil or on a grill. Meanwhile clean all the vegetables.

Shred the Iceberg lettuce in a large bowl, add the halved cherry tomatoes, chopped cabbage, grated carrots, round slices of radish and mix with the spices.

Distribute into 2 large plates. Add boiled egg quarters, the prepared chicken - chopped if necessary, and top the salad with a little lemon juice and olive oil to taste.

Optionally, you can prepare a sauce with a spoon of ketchup and mayonnaise, mixed with the olive oil and lemon juice.
