How to make
The prosciutto, onion, carrot, garlic and celery are fried in the butter. The olive oil is heated separately and the minced meat is fried, until it crumbles.
Add the wine and after 5 minutes add the first mixture, the finely chopped tomatoes, add the vegetable broth, season with salt, black pepper and nutmeg.
It is left to simmer for about 30 minutes. It is stirred periodically and the mushrooms are added. Boil for another 20 minutes and after it is are removed from the heat, add the parsley and cream. Mix well.
