How to make
Put the minced meat in a bowl. Add the finely chopped onion and grated carrot. Add the bread and spices.
Mix well and form small meatballs. Fry them in heated oil.
Fry the onion in the same pan. Add the tomato puree and mashed tomatoes.
Add the spices and return the meatballs into the sauce. Cook on low heat for about 35 minutes.
Serve with boiled potatoes and sprinkle with parsley.
